The children of Trinity participated in a Children's Sabbath Celebration on Sunday, October 25th at the 11 am Worship Service. We joined thousands of churches, synagogues, mosques, and temples across the country in the celebration by holding a special worship service to engage people of faith in the lives of children. This is a way for our church to celebrate our children as sacred gifts and renew our responsibility that we vowed at baptism to help raise them in the faith of God.
Our church service this day had a different "look". Children handed out the bulletins, children gave the Call to Worship, children led us in prayer! (Adult ushers assisted as needed). We are excited for this opportunity to help our children participate in worship, and to thank God for such a gift to us.

Safe Sanctuaries
Every person at Trinity who works with children and children's programs completes Safe Sanctuaries application and training as recommended by the NC Conference of the United Methodist Church.
