Altar Flowers
This is a beautiful way to honor God and celebrate special occasions and to honor or remember loved ones. You can use flowers from your garden, from your favorite florist, or from the many stores that sell flowers by the bunch or pre-arranged. There are two brass urns that can be used without any pot or vase needed. Just sign up for the date you want and contact the church office to place the announcement in the bulletin.
NEW SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE FLORAL COMMITTEE: For a donation of only $30.00 to Trinity's Floral Ministry, members of the Floral Committee will create an arrangement for you. For complete information please contact the church office at 919-683-1386.
If you wish to donate flowers from your cutting garden or flowering plants, please notify Priscilla Horvath, Chair of the Floral Ministry.
There are a few guidelines for placing flowers in the sanctuary. A single arrangement on the altar must not be more than 16 inches high. Arrangements must not be placed on the altar on Communion Sunday. Arrangements may be placed on either or both of the tables beside the altar. While matching arrangements on the side tables are lovely, two arrangements are not required. After the service, please remove the flowers or make arrangements for removal. The Floral Ministry can assist with plans to reuse flowers if you wish.
View the calendar below for available Sundays.
For more information please send Jill e-mail or call the church office (919) 683-1386.
