Lenten Small Group

Christian Nationalism

Sundays 2-3:30 pm

We’re excited to announce a new small group beginning Sunday February 22nd at 2pm that will
explore the complex topic of White Christian Nationalism and its impact on faith communities in
the USA. This timely discussion comes as many Christians grapple with questions about the
relationship between faith, national identity, and political engagement. Through Scripture,
prayer, and honest conversation, we’ll examine how nationalist ideologies can distort the gospel
message and what it means to live as faithful disciples in a diverse, pluralistic society. Whether
you’re concerned about divisions in the church, curious about these issues, or simply want to
better understand current cultural dynamics through a Wesleyan lens, this group offers learning
and discernment.

Join us on Sundays during Lent at 2pm in the parlor of Trinity UMC to be part of this important conversation. Email office@trinitydurham.org to register for the small group.
