Join us on Sunday for Fellowship Hour! In the Fellowship Hall, we will meet at 9:30 am to share refreshments and just have a time to reconnect. You don't have to come right at 9:30, so feel free to trickle in as you arrive. We hope to see you all there!

We would really love to keep fellowship hour going, so we can have this time together over donuts and coffee! WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! If you enjoy this time, consider volunteering.

Join us this Sunday to hear from Rev. AC Brock, as he preaches about Where does God call you to serve? We will be streaming online at trinitydurham.org or YouTube. The Scripture readings will be from Jeremiah 1:4-10 and Luke 13:10-17. We hope you will join us!

In case you missed the announcement last week! We are excited to announce the 3 recipients of Trinity's higher education scholarships. Congratulations and best wishes to all of Trinity's scholarship recipients!

Camani Turner, son of Charles and Sarian Turner and grandson of Collins and Mary Clarkson, was awarded the Proctor Scholarship for 2022. Camani just graduated from high school and will be entering North Carolina A&T this fall where he plans to study business.

James Vollers, son of Jeff Vollers and Pam Guidry-Vollers, was awarded the Fuller Glass and Carolyn Settle Scholarships for 2022.  James is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with ideas of one day becoming an architect.

Chris Braiser Jr., son of Chris and Jane Braiser and grandson of Ruth Jane Roycroft, was awarded Trinity's General Scholarship for 2022.  Chris is in the final year of an MBA program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in the hopes of becoming a leader in the public transportation field. 

Just a reminder about an opportunity coming up this next year to take a trip to Israel. One of our members is already considering going, wouldn't you like to join?! Check it out! 

Have you ever dreamed of visiting the Holy Land?

Now is your chance, we'd like to recommend an opportunity to join Rev. Ian Bailey and Educational Opportunities on a trip to the historic land of Israel. They have plans to pilgrimage throughout the Holy Land in worship, prayer, and revelation at the major historical sites found in the Bible. 

The rate for the trip is very reasonable. It will include your travel costs (both airfare and ground transportation), first-class hotels, meals (both breakfast and dinner) as well as the ticketing at historical landmarks we visit. An optional encounter will also involve, dinner at the home of a Palestinian-Christian family. This event as well as gratuity will not be included with transactions through our tour group (more information below). If you or someone you know is interested in going, but cost is an issue, we are working to secure some donors to create scholarships for this lifetime experience - so do not hesitate to reach out about that! 

We know that every day brings new opportunities to praise the Lord for all the big and LITTLE things!
